•Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
•If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email to info@sunglassguarantee.com with your name and order number.•You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for the damaged or incorrect items.
•Once your items are received at our warehouse we attempt to refund you as quickly as possible.•Usually refunds are processed within 5-10 days.
•Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step by step instructions via email.
